Voicemail - Out of Office
1. Set up Automatic Replies in Outlook
Select File on the left end of the ribbon:

2. Select Automatic Replies

3. In the Automatic Replies box, select Send automatic replies.
Optionally, set a date range for your automatic replies. This will turn off automatic replies at the date and time you enter for the end time. Otherwise, you'll need to turn off automatic replies manually.
4. On the Inside My Organization tab, type the response that you want to send to teammates or colleagues while you are out of the office.

5. If necessary, set an auto-reply message for "Outside my Organization." This will send automatic replies to email address outside of the MCIU.

6. Select OK to save your settings.
7. Open Microsoft Teams 
8. Click the "Three horizontal dots" on the top right of Teams, then click Settings.

9. On the left side, click the Calls tab.

10. Scroll down, then under Manage Voicemail, click Record a greeting.

11. Press 2 to record your greeting for when you're away.

12. Under Manage out-of-office voicemail, make sure that "When Outlook automatic replies are on" is checked.
