Laptop webcam not working

Thanks for reaching out about your webcam not working.

Could you check if their is a webcam shutter slider at the top of your laptop? You may need to slide this shutter to the left to enable the camera.

Can you look at the F4 button on the top left of your keyboard? This key mutes and unmutes the microphone. When the key is lit up, that means the microphone is muted.

If you don't have a webcam shutter slider, could you please try to press the "F9" key at the top of your laptop's keyboard? This is the webcam shutter button on some newer Dell laptops.

Please try either of these solutions then test your webcam/mic in Zooms or Teams.
