Secure Email in Shared Accounts
When secure/encrypted emails are sent to a shared mailbox, there may be issues accessing the messages. To access these emails, the best option is to use the Outlook Web client found at https://www.office.com
- Sign in using your MCIU email and password
- Select Outlook from the Office application options
- In Outlook, right click on 'Folders' and select 'Add shared folder'
- type the email address of the shared mailbox and select the acocunt from the drop down box
- Select the message from the shared mailbox and it should display as intended
